Lecture Series by Dr. Mark Peterson from Brigham Young University

1st Distinguished Lecture Series
The Samsung Korean Studies Program of the College of Arts and Sciences invites everyone to the 1st Distinguished Lecture Series at Telengtan Hall on December 2-3 (Wednesday-Thursday) from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Guest speaker Dr. Mark Peterson from Brigham Young University will deliver two lectures: “Korean History: World's Firsts and World's Bests” on December 2 and “Sijo, Korean Poetry: Learn to Write Your Own” on December 3. The program may be viewed/downloaded here.

CSR Project Orientation

We are looking forward to having you join us on CSR’s upcoming get-together on September 15, 2015 at 12:00nn - 1:30pm. 
This will be held at the ALB Dining Halls A and B. Lunch will be served during the event.
This get-together will be an opportunity for the members of the University to know more about the various internal and external projects and activities of the unit. It will be an opportunity to explore project consultancy opportunities in collaboration with CSR.

Library orientation for scholarly research


The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), in collaboration with the Library, will hold an orientation for faculty on the configuration and resource capabilities of the UA&P Library for scholarly research. It will be held at ACB 403 on August 26 (Wednesday) from 10:00 am to12:00 pm.
